The teacher influences eternity: he can never know where his influence ends.
(Henry Adams)
World Teacher’s Day is celebrated in nearly 100 countries around the world on October 5, after UNESCO established that date in 1994 in commemoration of the same date in 1966 when the Recommendation on the Status of Teachers was signed.
The goal of celebrating World Teachers’ Day is to draw society’s attention to the importance of education of new generations and the role played by professionals in the field of education.
We congratulate all professionals in the field of upbringing and education in primary and secondary schools and preschool institutions on October 5 – World Teacher’s Day.
