eTwinning is a community of educational institutions in Europe that enables teachers to communicate, collaborate, exchange knowledge and experiences, develop professionally and become part of the educational community in Europe. The eTwinning program has been implemented since 2015 by the Agency for Pre-School, Primary and Secondary Education of Bosnia and Herzegovina (APOSO), as the State Support Service for eTwinning in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and activities are implemented in cooperation with the Education, Audiovisual Policy and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
In November 2024, on the occasion of the celebration of ten years of activity, the Annual Conference “When eTwinning is loved, then there is benefit in school” was held in Mostar. The Conference presented the results of the eTwinning program in Bosnia and Herzegovina, presented some of the projects, and awarded prizes and recognitions to prominent eTwinners. Representatives of the Zenica Pedagogical Institute also participated in one of the sessions during the Conference, which discussed plans for the further development of the eTwinning program.
