In accordance with the Training Plan and Program for teachers, educational associates, associates, and principals adopted by the Pedagogical Institute of Zenica, based on the interests and needs of the staff in elementary and secondary schools in the Zenica-Doboj Canton, a webinar was held on the topic “Classroom Climate for Building a Stimulating Learning Environment for Students.”
The webinar, organized by the Pedagogical Institute of Zenica in cooperation with the International Association “Interactive Open Schools” (MIOS) Tuzla, was conducted online on March 27, 2025, via the Zoom application. Around 2000 principals, teachers, educational associates, and associates from elementary and secondary schools in the Zenica-Doboj Canton attended, participating collectively from their schools.
Discussions revolved around the importance of classroom climate for student success and motivation, recognizing key factors that shape a positive classroom atmosphere, developing specific strategies to improve classroom relationships, and empowering teachers with practical tools for classroom management.
Participants expressed their satisfaction with the information provided and rated the webinar as extremely useful and inspiring. We extend our gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and contributions.
