As a part of the activities planned in the Annual Work Plan of the Pedagogical Institute Zenica for 2025, in January, from January 13, 2025, to January 17, 2025, the Pedagogical Institute Zenica organized eight online seminars (webinars) on the topic “Implementation of Subject Curricula in Primary and Secondary Schools in the Zenica-Doboj Canton.”
The webinars were intended for teachers and professional associates who are participating for the first time in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching process using new subject curricula, as well as for other teachers and school pedagogues from primary and secondary schools in the Zenica-Doboj Canton who expressed interest in attending the planned webinars to assess acquired knowledge and/or exchange their previous experiences in applying new subject curricula.
Approximately 1,300 teachers and school pedagogues from primary schools and grammar schools in the Zenica-Doboj Canton attended the webinars, including teachers and school pedagogues from primary and secondary schools in the municipality of Žepče, which are implementing this school year teaching according to curricula in the Bosnian language, in this case, subject curricula based on learning outcomes.
The online education was conducted by expert advisors for education affairs at Pedagogical Institute Zenica, and it was dedicated to the implementation and exchange of experiences regarding the experimental application of subject curricula in the 2024/2025 school year.
