Reprezentatives of the Zenica Pedagogical Institute attended the 11th International Scientific and Professional Conference “Science and Modernity”, which was successfully held on June 4, 2026, organized by the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zenica. This traditional conference once again confirmed its status as a key place for the exchange of modern scientific and professional knowledge, bringing together experts, professors and researchers from various scientific fields.
Within the working part of the program, which was extremely rich and dynamic, a total of 36 speakers presented their scientific achievements and works. The topics of the presentations covered a wide range of current issues in the social sciences and humanities, with special emphasis on the challenges of the modern era and the improvement of the educational context. Special attention was paid to the areas of pedagogical and psychological sciences, linguistics and literature, cultural studies, tourism studies, sports, mathematics and computer science.
The presence at this conference represents a continuation of the continuous practice of the Pedagogical Institute to follow modern pedagogical and methodological trends and, through partnerships with higher education institutions, contribute to the professional development of teaching staff.
