In the past period, the Pedagogical Institute Zenica, based on the expressed needs of the professional bodies of educational institutions in the Zenica-Doboj Canton, has developed a Training Plan and Program for Teachers, Professional Associates, Associates and Directors of Educational Institutions. The starting point for the development of the aforementioned document are the provisions of the Rules on Taking the Professional Exam and Continuous Professional Development of Teachers, Professional Associates and Associates of Primary and Secondary Schools and Educators in Student Dormitories (Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, No. 3/20). The Training Plan and Program for Teachers, Professional Associates, Associates and Directors of Educational Institutions is intended for educational institutions during the development of the Annual School Work Program in the segment related to planning individual and collective professional development during the school year.
