On Saturday, April 11, 2026, the XXIX Cantonal Competition in Mathematics for Elementary School Students of Zenica-Doboj Canton was held, organized by the Pedagogical Institute of Zenica. The host school of this year’s competition was the “Second Elementary School” Zavidovići, which with its hospitality made this event not only a competition in mathematical knowledge and skills, but also an opportunity to socialize through an unforgettable visit to the stone ball park.
The necessary preparations for the organization and implementation of the competition were successfully completed, in which 115 students from 49 elementary schools participated, and who achieved the best result in competitions conducted in 11 cities/municipalities of our Canton. The students were accompanied by their teachers, ready to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
The results of the XXIX Cantonal Competition in Mathematics for primary school students of Zenica-Doboj Canton from sixth to ninth grade are:
