As part of its regular program activities for 2026, the Zenica Pedagogical Institute held one-day seminars on March 28, 2026 and March 29, 2026, intended for implementers of the Compulsory Preschool Education Program for children in the year before starting primary school, who are implementing the program in the current academic year.
The program of this professional development included implementers of the Program from all municipalities/cities of the Zenica-Doboj Canton. 22 preschool institutions and 8 regular primary schools were involved in the implementation of this program. The professional development program included topics relevant to the successful implementation of the Program, which has been successfully implemented in our canton for thirteen years.
The seminars were implemented at the Public Institution Primary School “Maglaj” in Maglaj and the Public Institution Primary School “Vladimir Nazor” in Zenica. Mirsada Čajlaković, Advija Huseinspahić, Naira Jusufović and Fehim Terzić – expert advisors in the field of education from the Pedagogical Institute of Zenica – were responsible for the organization and implementation of the aforementioned professional development program.
The implementation of the aforementioned professional development program was financially supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
