The implementation of training activities continued with the organization of the second training module for school development teams in the field of democratic school development, held on March 26 and 27, 2026, at the President Hotel in Maglaj.
These activities are part of the project “Strengthening the School System in Three Cantons through Teacher Training and the School Model”, implemented by the Pedagogical Institute Zenica in cooperation with the International Association Interactive Open Schools (MIOS) Tuzla.
The two-day module was focused on strengthening the internal processes of school development teams, with special emphasis on improving communication, planning, task distribution, and joint reflection on previous projects. The aim of the training was to empower teams to coordinate school activities more effectively, foster democratic practices, and ensure the sustainability of achieved results.
The training was attended by 16 representatives from two model schools in the Zenica-Doboj Canton. The program was also followed by representatives of the Pedagogical Institute: Sanja Hadžihajdić, Aldijana Salić, and Amila Herceg Hodžić, as well as representatives of the International Association Interactive Open Schools (MIOS) Tuzla.
