Organized by the Zenica Pedagogical Institute, 11.05.2023. XXVI Cantonal Competition of Secondary School Students in Informatics was held in Mixed High School Zenica, and XXVI Cantonal Competition of Primary School Students in Informatics was held in Elementary School “Musa Ćazim Ćatić” – PŠ Blatuša in Zenica, and on May 10, 2023.
Students from Breza, Kakanj, Maglaj, Olovo, Tešanj, Visoko, Vareš, Žepče, Zavidovići and Zenica took part in the competition for high schools. A total of 20 schools registered to participate in the Cantonal Competition with a total of 39 students and their accompanying professors.
According to the results of the XXVI Cantonal Competition for Secondary School Students in Informatics, the following students have placed at the State Competition in Informatics, which will be held on June 3, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Second High School in Sarajevo:
1. Harun Ibrahimagić – PUBLIC INSTITUTION Prva gimnazija Zenica,
2. Kerim Mujkanović – PUBLIC INSTITUTION Gimnazija “Musa Ćazim Ćatić” Tešanj,
3. Armin Grabovac – PUBLIC INSTITUTION Gimnazija “Visoko” in Visoko.
The three first-placed students (two students share the first place) received diplomas as well as cash prizes in accordance with the Criteria for the distribution of funds for cantonal student competitions conducted by the Zenica Pedagogical Institute in 2023.
Students from Kakanj, Maglaj, Vareš, Visoko, Zavidovići and Zenica took part in the elementary school competition. A total of 23 schools registered to participate in the Cantonal Competition with a total of 33 students and their accompanying professors.
According to the results of the XXVI Cantonal Competition for Elementary School Students in Informatics, the following students have placed in the National Informatics Competition held on June 10, 2023. starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Second High School in Sarajevo:
1. Faris Valjevac – PUBLIC INSTITUTION OŠ “Mula Mustafa Bašeskija” Donje Moštra, Visoko,
2. Zlatan Bešlagić – PUBLIC INSTITUTION OŠ “Musa Ćazim Ćatić” Zenica,
3. Imad Šahinović – PUBLIC INSTITUTION OŠ “Skender Kulenović” Zenica.
