On April 23, 2026, organized by the Association of Secondary School Students in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Local Team Tešanj, a panel discussion titled “Voice of Youth of Tešanj – Support for Youth in Activism” was successfully held.
The panelists were: Antonija Sučić – Member of the Board of ASuBiH and coordinator of the project “Social Day”, Marko Perić – Member of the Board of ASuBiH and coordinator of the project “Social Day”, Emir Galijašević – Founder of the informal group “Be Strong” and Kenan Fehrić – Young European Ambassador and Youth Advisor at the United Nations (UN).
The event gathered a large number of young people and interested citizens, with more than 300 viewers following the panel, confirming the importance and interest in this topic within the community.
The panel discussions were realized with the aim of opening space for constructive dialogue between young people, representatives of institutions, and relevant stakeholders, contributing to stronger cooperation and mutual understanding within the community.
The speakers included: Aida Salkić, Director of the Pedagogical Institute Zenica, Amir Kurtić, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Tešanj and Danial Halilović, Coordinator of the Local Team Tešanj.
The Pedagogical Institute is pleased to support such youth initiatives, which contribute to the development of activism, strengthening the voices of young people in the community, and creating space for positive change.
